Grab your favorite charcuterie board.
Make any cookies or dip (in this recipe, they were store boughten to save time).
Clean and cut any fruits and vegetables.
Add any items desired to their bowls, in the case of this recipe: veggie dip, honey, jam, olives, jelly beans, and M&Ms. Place on the board.
Add bakery items, candy, and crackers to the board.
Then, add fruits and/or vegetables.
Create a decorative salami rose if desired, by laying salami over a wine glass edge. Fold salami and pepperoni slices; by folding each piece in half and then in half again for a nice, raised look.
Finally, add meats and cheeses to the board; you’ll want these added last so they can stay in the refrigerator as long as possible.
Finish by adding any serving utensils needed such as honey dippers, cheese knives, small serving spoons, etc.
Notes
*Fun addition ideas: edible flowers (to add an additional spring touch), deviled eggs, nuts/pistachios, cucumbers, fruit dip (pink), spring colored chocolate covered strawberries, and lemon or Easter spritz cookies.
