Total Time1 hour hr 17 minutes mins
Servings: 22 (1/2 cup servings)
(mix)
- 4 cups Corn Chex
- 4 cups Rice Chex
- 2 cups gluten free O’s cereal
- 2 cups gluten free pretzels (sticks or twists)
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- optional: 1 cup gluten free bagel chips or small gluten free cheddar crackers
(sauce)
- ½ cup butter (vegan/dairy free spread works fine), slightly softened
- 3 tablespoons gluten free Worcestershire sauce (I used Lea & Perrins)
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon organic sugar
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Mix together the Chex, O’s, pretzels, and peanuts in a large bowl.
Cut the butter into smaller pieces for easy melting. In a small glass bowl, microwave the butter at 30 second increments, stirring so it doesn’t burn, until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Gradually pour sauce over top of dry ingredients, stirring/folding as you go along.
Add mix to two (about 13x18) baking sheets and bake for an hour, stopping every 15 minutes to stir.
