Pink Squirrel Cocktail
This pretty pink cocktail is a boozy dessert-like drink with the creamy flavors of almond and chocolate.
Servings: 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 7 oz
coupe glass (or glass of choice)* - ¾ ounce crème de noyaux liqueur*
- ¾ ounce white crème de cacao liqueur
- 2 ounces heavy cream
- Optional garnish: ground nutmeg or pink glitter
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker 2/3 full of ice.
- Add ingredients to shaker and shake until blended/cold.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Optional: garnish with ground nutmeg or pink glitter.
Notes
*7-ounce coupe glasses are the smallest size that’s most readily available – its extremely rare to find anything smaller. These are the ones used in the photo, but as you can see, they look a bit empty, so you may decide to use them to serve a double.
*I used ¾ ounce amaretto + as splash of maraschino cherry juice as substitute when I had issues finding crème de noyaux.
