Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

This easy 5-ingredient strawberry cheesecake dip is no bake, made in minutes, and perfected with real strawberries. Serve with graham crackers and customize for any party.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • ½ cup diced strawberries
  • ¼ cup strawberry pie filling or preserves*
  • For serving: graham crackers shortbread cookies, chocolate squares, cinnamon pita chips, brownie bites, marshmallows

Instructions

  • Beat cream to hard peaks (2-3 minutes).
  • Beat the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar (2-3 minutes).
  • Add the whipped cream, cream cheese mixture, and diced strawberries and fold together until combined. Transfer to a dip serving bowl or platter/plate.
  • Spoon 1/3 cup of strawberry preserves over the top. Use a knife to gently swirl the preserves and dip together. Top with additional diced or whole strawberries and/or graham cracker crumbs.
  • Serve with dippers.

Notes

*If you’d like a healthier option, you can puree ½ cup strawberries and use in place of the pie filling or preserves.
*If you are gluten-free like me, use gluten-free graham crackers/cookies/brownies/pita and verify your preserves/pie filling label.
