This recipe is so easy and only requires 4 easy ingredients: prosciutto slices, peaches, brie cheese, and basil. The recipe will taste best if peaches are ripe/in season but still firm enough to stay in slices.

Optional topping: for a little extra flavor, drizzle final wrapped peaches with honey or balsamic glaze, or both!
How to Make this Peach and Prosciutto Appetizer

This appetizer does not require any cooking/baking and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. Just slice the peaches, pick the basil leaves, slice the cheese, and wrap everything in half of a prosciutto slice (sliced lengthwise). See below for how to wrap it.

Peach and Prosciutto Appetizer
Ingredients
- 4 juicy slightly firm peaches, cut into 8 slices/wedges each
- 5 oz package prosciutto slices cut in half lengthwise
- 8 oz wheel of brie cheese or gouda is also good, sliced into long skinny pieces
- 2 0.75 ounce packages fresh basil leaves
- Optional: honey and/or balsamic glaze for drizzling over top
Instructions
- Add peach, a piece of cheese, and one basil leaf to the edge of a prosciutto slice. Wrap/roll prosciutto around bundle of ingredients until there is no prosciutto left to wrap.
- Add wrapped peaches to a large plate or serving platter slightly spaced out so they do not stick together.
- Optional: drizzle with honey and/or balsamic glaze.
- Optional: serve with party picks poked through or next to a small pile/cup of party picks or mini forks so guests can serve themselves.
