Ingredients

This recipe is so easy and only requires 4 easy ingredients: prosciutto slices, peaches, brie cheese, and basil. The recipe will taste best if peaches are ripe/in season but still firm enough to stay in slices.

Optional topping: for a little extra flavor, drizzle final wrapped peaches with honey or balsamic glaze, or both!

How to Make this Peach and Prosciutto Appetizer

This appetizer does not require any cooking/baking and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. Just slice the peaches, pick the basil leaves, slice the cheese, and wrap everything in half of a prosciutto slice (sliced lengthwise). See below for how to wrap it.

Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze if desired.

FAQ

How do you serve prosciutto wrapped peaches?

Add to a large plate or serving platter slightly spaced out so they do not stick together. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze if desired. Optionally, serve with party picks poked through or next to a small pile/cup of party picks or mini forks so guests can serve themselves.

When is peach season?

Peach seasoning varies by state, and for those who do not grow their peaches, it varies based on the state the peaches come from. Florida peaches are available from the end of April to about the end of May. Georgia and Texas peaches are available a bit later, usually late May and go until August.
